The best team in the NFL hosts what many people consider the worst team in Week 11 as the Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta Cardinals face off at the Georgia Dome.
The Cardinals (4-5) started 4-0 before their world started to crumble around them. Starting QB Kevin Kolb was beaten behind that porous offensive line and John Skelton hasn't fared much better. Of course, they don't have much of a run game, either, with Beanie Wells and Ryan Williams sidelined by injuries of their own. Still the defense was supposed to be much better than this in year two under Ray Horton, and it hasn't been. The aforementioned offensive line, as well, was always going to lose this team some games in 2012.
The Falcons (8-1) are on the opposite end of the talent spectrum from the Cardinals right now, but just lost their "perfection" tag against the New Orleans Saints in Week 10. The constant drum beat from media (including this columnist) was that the Falcons hadn't really been tested, and the Saints' passing attack did them in. When the Falcons execute, they can beat anyone, but even if they don't play their best, they should be able to handle the Cardinals quite easily.
