I just came across an article on the www.thesun.co.uk quoting UFC fighter Chuck Liddell.
Liddell says that Fedor Emelianenko can not beat Randy Couture. He even says that Fedor picks and chooses his opponents.

This is the article, though it is poorly written. The quotes are not properly placed around what Liddell supposedly said.
The Sun is a tabloid style newspaper with a daily circulation of over three-million, mainly in the United Kingdom.

“He doesn’t have a great shot, he doesn’t have one punch power and to my knowledge he’s never knocked anyone out from his feet standing up.
“So I think anybody that can stop a takedown is going to be a good fight for him if they can strike.”
Kimbo Slice on CBS
Kimbo Slice is coming to CBS May 31st.
Slice will headline the Elite XC Saturday Night Fights card broadcasted on CBS.
The card will also feature Robbie ‘Ruthless’ Lawler vs. Scott ‘Hands of Steel’ Smith.
34-year old Slice, whose real name is Kevin Ferguson, rose to MMA prominence via underground internet street fights. The former street brawler is 3-0 in MMA fights, including a victory over MMA icon David ‘Tank’ Abbot.
He also has wins over Bo Cantrell and Ray Mercer. Slice’s longest fight, against former Heavyweight boxing champion Ray Mercer, lasted just 1:12.
The location of the first Elite XC Saturday Night Fights is rumored to be somewhere in New Jersey, possibly the Prudential Center in Newark.
Two of the rumored opponents of Slice include UFC Hall of Famer Ken Shamrock (26-13 MMA record) and Robert ‘Buzz’ Berry (12-7 MMA record.) Berry, from England, is listed at 6-foot-3, 250 pounds.

Fedor was in my opinion was a top three heavyweight, but as the discussions go on as to where he will be fighting and if he will ever fight Randy Couture (who i believe will defeat fedor), people are losing interest in him as the weeks go by without him fighting a legit opponent, according to sherdog.com Elite XC is trying to acquire him, but who will they have waiting on him in their heavyweight division. Kimbo???, i mean come on, i think kimbo still has a lot of proving to do , i do admit that i think he can evolve into a threat in the heavyweight division, but it is time for him to start fighting some compeition, lets see what he is really made of, as of right now he fought Ray Mercer ( A boxer), Bo Cantrell (Bo Who?), and Tank Abbott (Nothing but a name, and possesses no ground skills what so ever), lets see Kimbo can avenge his loss to Sean Gannon, i beleive him fighting shamrock or berry will also prove nothing, if he beats shamrock so what, shamrock is washed up and kimbo is supposed to beat him , but what if shamrock beats kimbo, what then, and as for berry well this would be a better fight but still proves nothing if kimbo beats him.

Well first of all i like all the fighters mentioned. I personally think fedor is an all around bad ass fighter, and don't personally think chuck liddell could beat any fighter he is talking shit about. Chuck has fought mostly ground fighters. They might have been big names but they were ground fighters then he fights quinton jackson, a stand up fighter, and gets knocked out quick so until he fights another good stand up fighter AND WINS he should keep his mouth shut about people who would destroy him. On the randy cotoure situation i think fedor is to aggressive. Randy is awsome but i think he would be uncomfortable backing up and getting stalked by fedor. I would still like to see it though. I want to see Kimbo in ufc. That would be awsome, but elitexc is FREE well at least on showtime. Oh yeah gannon outlasted kimbo he did not beat up kimbo look at the fight tape and their faces gaqnnon looks like that guy off of the goonies who says " Hey you guuuuuuuyy's" lol. then he got his ass beat when he fought in the ufc.

I think chucks just mad because he is not in the light anymore. He's trying to get people talking about him again. I think unless he fights someone with great stand up other than quinton jackson his time is almost over. Oh yeah did i mention that he has lost to jackson not once but TWICE. The bottom line here is that chuck is only good at fighting certain people unlike anderson silva who i think could fight with anyone close to his weight class and win or at least take it the distance.

Dude Liddell is right about Kimbo any big street fighter can make a internet video knocking fat pussys and his oppennants he fought in the ring suck but fedor is the best fighter in the world he just doesnt want to work under the stepulations of the UFC
