The New York Giants were overrun by the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 10, as the Bengals won at home by a score of 31-13. The outcome of this contest was never in doubt, as the home team went up 14-0 within the first five minutes of the first quarter.
Andy Dalton had his best game as a professional, throwing four touchdowns with zero interceptions—all four of which went to different receivers.
Eli Manning, on the other hand, struggled badly for his fourth straight game, completing 29-of-46 passes for just 215 yards with zero touchdowns, two interceptions and a lost fumble. Manning was pressured all game long by the underrated Bengals defensive front, which sacked him four times and knocked him down eight others.
The one bright spot for the Giants was the play of Andre Brown, who rushed for 65 yards and one touchdown on just seven carries and caught five passes for another 29 yards.
The Giants fell to 6-4 on the season and will try to regroup over their bye week, while the Bengals improved to 4-5 and will travel to face the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11.
