Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Redskins Preview and Predictions

Aaron NaglerNFL National Lead WriterNovember 12, 2012

The Washington Redskins are rested and ready coming off their bye week, while the Philadelphia Eagles, for all intents and purposes, are done.

Yes, there are plenty of games left in the 2012 season, but what we saw against the Falcons, the Saints and then the Cowboys is a team that has given up on its coach. Andy Reid knows he has to make the playoffs to keep his job—and this team is not going to the playoffs.

The Redskins will try to get their offense back on track against an Eagles defense that has looked like it doesn't want to tackle since coming off their bye week nearly a month ago. Alfred Morris and RGIII will try to take turns getting to the edge. I don't see the Redskins receivers being able to do much against the Eagles' secondary, so they will try to lean on the ground game.

In the video above, we look at the biggest matchups and give our predictions for the game. Let us know in the comments below what you'll be watching and who you think ends up winning.
