The Atlanta Hawks made it interesting against the Miami Heat at home on Friday, but LeBron James and the visitors were able to rally in the second half without Dwyane Wade and come away with a 95-89 victory.
James finished with 21 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists and one steal while going 10-of-17 from the floor. That included hitting a fadeaway with 13 seconds left that buried the Hawks.
Chris Bosh added 24 points, five rebounds, two assists, three steals and one block while Ray Allen came off the bench to drop 17 points on 6-of-12 shooting.
It was a close battle throughout on Friday night. The scored was knotted up at 25-25 after one quarter, the Hawks gained some ground in the second quarter and the Heat bounced back in the second half.
Josh Smith had a rough shooting night, going 6-of-19 from the field while committing three turnovers.

LeBron James was his usual multidimensional, dominant self on Friday night, dropping points, crashing the glass and swinging the ball around to his teammates.
With Dwyane Wade out due to illness, James stepped up big time.
