Defensive tackle Pat Sims came off the physically unable to perform (PUP) list Friday, indicating the run specialist list is going to be active for for Sunday's game (1 p.m.-WLW-AM 700) against the Giants at Paul Brown Stadium. There are two moves that are next. The Bengals have to release someone to make room for him and if he is indeed actiuve Sunday they have to decide how many D-linemen they keep active. It would be Sims' first game in nearly a year, Nov. 27 against Cleveland when he injured his ankle.
