Kevin Garnett Goes off on Comcast, Silly Commercials and Team Chemistry
Sports interviews really are at their best when they go awry, much like this recent one featuring Celtics star Kevin Garnett.
KG was asked about team chemistry which really should have devolved into a ramble of cliches and nonsense that we have heard before.
If Garnett is good for one thing in his advanced years, it's making every last aspect of the NBA all the more interesting.
You’ve got Comcast. Some shows you can’t fast forward through. You’ve just got to let it go through and watch the silly ass commercials and be pissed, right? This is what this is.
“Did I just take a shot at Comcast? [Expletive] it, I did it. So what? I’m a DirecTV guy anyway. This is what this is. I’m not helping myself, am I? [Expletive] it. [Expletive] it. [Expletive] it. Who cares?
Garnett's right. Chemistry isn't found immediately and it takes time to mature on a squad entering a new season.
He is also correct that commercials are rather silly, and we all enjoy fast-forwarding through them. Except for the increasingly ubiquitous YouTube commercials that are getting far more annoying than any TV ads ever were.
Thanks to KG, this question that was so boring we nearly fell asleep through its asking is now an engaging video.
Now quick, ask the man another question, anything.
