Mike Brown may have dodged some Kobe Bryant daggers last night, but he did not avert the axe. 

One of the most talented rosters in the NBA is 1-4, and its best player is fairly angry about it. 

Check that: The Black Mamba is furious. All you need for evidence (h/t BuzzFeed) is this death stare he gave his now former head coach at the end of Wednesday night's loss to the Utah Jazz. 

It seemed like the Mamba was ready to strike. He probably won't admit it, but it certainly seems like Kobe got his wish after staring down Brown.
