Times are truly changing in the world of professional wrestling.
The WWE is continuing to provide enough shock and awe to stay ahead of the competition as well as bring smash-mouth action to the table. But can they continue the pace with WrestleMania 25 almost two weeks away?
As for TNA, they had one hell of a pay per view last night with Destination X. We saw two new champions crowned, a shift in the balance of power, a bloodied and violent return and a lame duck announcer finally get what he deserved.
With that, here's a look at this week's action inside the squared circle. And as the title says, predict nothing and expect everything.
Tonight on RAW, we are expecting several people to be in attendance. But we are also expecting the fallout from a monumental RAW last week.
Last week, John Cena dropped the bombshell on Vickie Guerrero's husband, Edge. Cena revealed video footage that showed Guerrero swapping body fluid with the other No. 1 Contender, Big Show.
This past Friday night, neither Guerrero or Show were in attendance. But what's even worse is we are expecting to see all four members of this saga on RAW tonight.
Speaking of anarchy, the WWE resurrected the Home Invasion Storyline (a la Brian Pillman-Stone Cold & Undertaker-Kane-Paul Bearer) when Triple H took a trip to St. Louis and brought the fight to Randy Orton.
Despite being on the opposing field, The Game managed to get some shred of redemption when he launched Orton out of the living room window.
Unfortunately, the St. Louis PD got there just in time and arrested the WWE Champion. But The Game is out, and he's looking for a little more revenge.
What will The Game, The Chain Gang Commander, The Legend Killer, The World's Largest Athlete, The Rated R Superstar, and the SmackDown GM do to recover from the anarchy of last week?
But with all these storylines, there are some huge matches set up as well.
SmackDown and RAW will collide with the quickness as Vladimir Kozlov teams up with new Intercontinental Champion JBL to battle WrestleMania 25 opponents Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker.
JBL has a shred of hope for his moment in the spotlight when the WWE invades Houston in a couple of weeks. Will the Deadman and Mr. WrestleMania be able to co-exist for one night?
And Chris Jericho's "Campaign to Eliminate The Legends" hit a huge speedbump last week when Ric Flair destroyed Chris Jericho's chances of heading to the Money In The Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania.
Because of that, Jericho has demanded that Flair come out of retirement and face him tonight.
Will Naitch come out of retirement and shut Jericho up for good? Or will Jericho add another Legend to his Annihilation List?
FYI: Today's Stars of the Day are Candice Michelle and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
This mugshot is not from some old police files. It's the latest photo of ECW Champion Jack Swagger.
Now last year, ECW held a battle royal before the start of Wrestlemania 24 to find out who will face then-ECW Champion Chavo Guerrero at the pay per view.
Kane went on to win the Battle Royal and in record time, defeated Chavo to become the new ECW World Champion.
Hopefully this year, we will see Swagger defend the gold against somebody at the 25th Anniversary. But until then, Swagger is set to compete on Tuesday night in a warmup match for the Greatest Spectacle in Sports Entertainment.
Speaking of champions, ECW Original Tommy Dreamer has vowed to once again be the ECW World Champion before he retires this summer.
Is Dreamer the next in line to challenge the "Era of Swagger?" Or have recent defeats to The Dirt Sheet and Swagger left him a shell of his former Extreme self?
Plus, we also have reason to believe that all eight men in this year's Money In the Bank Ladder Match are set to make an appearance on both ECW and SmackDown.
Who will step up and try to get the upper hand heading into Houston?
This Thursday night on iMPACT, we are guaranteed a night of anarchy and destruction as the fallout of Destination X will be felt all the way into next month's TNA Lockdown!
As first reported on TNAWrestling.com, Kurt Angle is beyond irate due to the outcome of his TNA World Championship Match with Sting.
Thanks to Foley and Jarrett's interference, Sting was able to walk out of DX with the strap still over his shoulder.
This Thursday, Angle says that he will be seeking retribution from all the players involved...including fellow MEM member Sting. And with all the players in one spot at the same time, what will happen when the show goes live?
Both A.J. Styles and Suicide left the pay per view on top of the world. Styles defeated Booker T to become the new TNA Legends Champion, thereby sealing his legacy as he has proclaimed: "I Am Legend!"
As for Suicide, in his first official dose of competition, he left the entire Zone in shock. Suicide managed to defeat four huge superstars of TNA and walk out of the iMPACT Zone as the new TNA X Division Champion.
What will Booker T, the Guns and Lethal Consequences have to say about the fallout from Destination X?
And two of the biggest moments of last night's DX was Team 3D getting shafted not once but twice and Samoa Joe introducing the world of TNA to his Nation of Violence.
Team 3D got two victories over Beer Money last night, but unfortunately, Beer Money still walked out as TNA World Tag Team Champions.
But it was Don West that got the blunt of their aggression. After West handed the gold to BMI, he started to defend the actions of Beer Money.
Team 3D heard his comments and immediately dropped the hammer on West. What will West do after the assault from the 21-Time Tag Team Champions?
As for Samoa Joe, he may have lost last night's battle...but he would be damned if he lost the war. After beating up every TNA official, Joe took the fight to Steiner after the match was over. Joe was then seen walking away from the brawl with a bloodied blunt object.
No one has seen Scott Steiner since.
Will Joe reveal the location of MEM's Enforcer? And who is next on Joe's Hit List?
This Friday marks a monumental night in WWE History. After 15+ years of anarchy on the Flagship show, the Anchor Show takes center stage (finally)!
This Friday night, Bleacher Report's Wrestling Community Leader Ron Johnson ushers in WWE SmackDown in the Bleacher Report Hall of Fame as SmackDown celebrates its 500th Episode!
With videos and flashback moments on the horizon, we also know that superstars from RAW and ECW will join the superstars of SmackDown for a momentous two hour event. We are ensured to see at least one McMahon on the program.
But who else will make an appearance to commemorate the occasion?
