Skateboarder Matt Lane Gets Dominated by a Bunch of Stairs
Persistence can be a beautiful thing, especially when it leads to complete and utter frustration.
We tip our virtual hats to BroBible who posted this video of skateboarder Matt Lane who tries what seems like an infinite amount of times to scale a few steps.
That seems like a fairly easy prospect.
Hell, most of us have scaled a few steps with limited hardship. However, not many have tried to do it while launching out of an olley after building up a full-speed skate.
The video is rather simple to describe: It's one skater trying to mount what seems to be an impossible task.
The title says it all, "Matt Lane vs. The Five."
For our purposes, The Five are these petulant stairs that just sit there daring Lane to try them over and over again.
The good news for our entertainment purposes, Lane continues to toil away despite nearly shredding everything from his ankles to his ego.
We have no idea when he decided to stop, but we hardly consider this a fail video. When you captivate us for a minute and a half despite falling, you have our vote as an engaging athlete.
Keep the videos coming, Lane.
