New York Jets at Seattle Seahawks Preview and Predictions
The New York Jets will fly west to the toughest home-field advantage in the NFL. Will the Seattle Seahawks manage to continue their run toward an NFC Wild Card berth?
The Jets (3-5) have struggled mightily in all areas of the game. And Mark Sanchez has continued his rich tradition of drawing a chorus of boos for his inconsistent play this season. The running game has been spotty at best, and Darrelle Revis' season-ending knee injury leaves a huge hole in the Jets' defensive backfield.
Seattle (5-4) has opened the eyes of many NFC detractors, as the once-lamented West division currently boasts two teams with winning records. Russell Wilson has joined the ranks of rookie quarterbacks this season who keep their team in close games and display a level of confidence that seems almost unprecedented from such a crop of youngsters.
