Schalke 04 2-2 Arsenal, Veltins Arena, Full Time

After going 2-0 up early in the first half, Arsenal were ultimately forced into settling for just the one point after Schalke staged a comeback to ensure they stayed atop Group B.

Theo Walcott was the man to put the Gunners in front before Olivier Giroud contributed with his first Champions League goal to double the visitors' lead.

However, goals from Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Jefferson Farfan drew the hosts level and both sides can arguably be content with point taken from this clash, albeit for very different reasons.
