The Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Oakland Raiders in Week 9 by the score of 42-32, thanks in large part to a monster game by rookie running back Doug Martin.

Martin was unconscious in this game, rushing for 251 yards and four touchdowns on 25 carries. He also pitched in 21 yards on four receptions, and his huge day will be celebrated by fantasy owners around the nation.

Josh Freeman's excellent play of late continued in this game. He finished with 247 yards, throwing two touchdown passes and zero interceptions.

On the other side, Carson Palmer threw for 414 yards with four touchdowns on 62 pass attempts, but his three interceptions submarined his team's chances for victory.

Palmer was forced to throw the ball 62 times because the Raiders couldn't get anything done in the running game, totaling just 22 yards on 11 attempts.

Tampa Bay rookie linebacker Lavonte David put forth a performance worth noting, posting 14 solo tackles, two of which were behind the line of scrimmage.

The Raiders fell to 3-5 on the season and will travel to Baltimore to face the Ravens in Week 10, while the Buccaneers improved to 4-4 and will host the San Diego Chargers.
