9:50PM EDT November 3. 2012 - It was one day after Jason Witten had grabbed 18 passes for the Dallas Cowboys in a loss to the New York Giants on Sunday, an all-time record for an NFL tight end in a single game, when coach Jason Garrett was asked to put that performance in perspective. For Garrett, it was the second-most remarkable performance of the season for Witten, right behind a two-catch, 10-yard game in Week 1 that was about much more than his stat line.
