No. 3 Notre Dame needed a little overtime good fortune against Pitt to stay undefeated, and some great images emerged from the process.

That wasn't the only exciting game to produce breathtaking pictures. Week 10 was full of them, as there was plenty of top-25 action on the schedule, and not surprisingly, there were plenty of cameras to capture the images for all eternity.

Games are still ongoing, including the pivotal contests between Alabama-LSU and Oregon-USC. So check back as we will update this post with the best images from those showdowns.

Alabama Needs a Comeback

The Crimson Tide needed a touchdown with 51 seconds left to beat LSU 21-17.

A.J. McCarron threw a 28-yard pass for the game winner. Here he is in the direct aftermath of the score.

Oregon and USC Break the Century Mark

The Pac-12 basketball season must have started early because Oregon beat USC 62-51 on Saturday. Wait, that was a football game?

Kenjon Barner was the game's big star. He rushed for over 300 yards and five touchdowns—one of which is captured the photo below.

That is the kind of thing that happens to defenders when they try to tackle the ankle-breaking running back.

Notre Dame Stays Imperfectly Perfect

Notre Dame kept its perfect record intact by the skin of its teeth with an overtime win over Pitt.

The Irish seemed doomed when this happened in the second overtime.

B/R tweeted out that picture of that fumble, which was recovered by Pitt. That fumble gave Pitt the ball needing only a field goal to win, but they missed after a high snap threw off the kicker's rhythm.

Pitt made a field goal to start the third overtime, and Notre Dame ended the game shortly with this short plunge, which B/R also tweeted out.

No. 21 West Virginia Falls to TCU

In another overtime thriller, TCU stunned West Virginia, 39-38, in two overtimes.

Here is a great shot of Mountaineers quarterback Geno Smith going airborne.

Longhorns Win Texas

No. 23 Texas toppled No. 18 Texas Tech, 31-22. Check out this shot of a jump ball in the end zone.

Texas won more of those 50/50 situations on this day.

Florida Needs Second-Half Comeback

No. 7 Florida trailed 7-0 at halftime against Missouri, but thanks to defense like this, the Gators were able to shut out Missouri in the second half.

Florida won, 14-7.
