Will the Oakland Raiders' Expensive Additions Pay Off?

That seems to be the question of the week if you’re a die hard Oakland Raiders fan.

Wow, all of these transactions.  Whether or not you’re a hater or a fan of the team it has been exciting. 

Has owner Al Davis won the lottery or is he actually put his best foot forward to regain a winning of excellence that we are used to? 

The reason that I love the Raiders so much is because just when you think the old guy has seriously gone over the edge, lost his whit or whatever, and still he surprises us loyal fans with genius. 

These expensive transactions have brought much needed interest into are beloved Raiders. 

And to answer the so called question from the experts: Will it be worth it? Does it really matter, no not to me because from a fans perspective it has been well worth it, and isn't that what really matters?
