Dillon Day was not the center of attention in high school.
The sophomore also never expected to play center on the college level, but he’s there now as the go-to snapper in Mississippi State’s intricate spread offense.
“I thought I’d be a tackle or guard,” the 305-pound Day said. “I knew I wasn’t the biggest guy for tackle.”
