Arkansas receiver Brandon Mitchell will miss his second consecutive game Saturday for what is still being classified as a violation of team rules.
Mitchell practiced this week but has not received clearance to play against Tulsa (11:21 a.m., SEC Network). He did not travel with the team to Little Rock for Arkansas’ game against Ole Miss last Saturday
