Filip Forsberg was held scoreless this week in wins against Asploven (6-1, Oct. 26) and Almtuna (3-1, Oct. 30) and an overtime loss to Tingsryd (2-1) on Oct. 28. He maintains his team-high seven goals and is ranked tied for fourth on Leksand with 12 points. Forsberg looks to regain his scoring touch in a new month with a game against Troja tonight (Nov. 1) and against Sodertalje on Sunday (Nov. 4).

Tom Wilson did not play this week for the Plymouth Whalers (OHL) as he is still dealing with a hand injury sustained on Oct. 19 at Kingston. Despite the missed time, he maintains his team-high eight assists and is tied for fifth on Plymouth with 10 points. Wilson will likely miss this week’s slate of games as well as Plymouth faces Sarnia on Friday and Saturday (Nov. 2-3) and Saginaw next Tuesday (Nov. 6).
