Anthony Davis' Unibrow Is Halloween Hotness for Rapper Ludacris

Gabe Zaldivar@gabezalPop Culture Lead WriterOctober 31, 2012

It's almost fitting that the NBA career of Anthony Davis would begin on Halloween because his unique look spawned a marvelous costume.

The New Orleans Hornets take on the San Antonio Spurs at New Orleans Arena Wednesday night, beginning what should be a rather remarkable career for the No. 1 draft selection.

The 19-year-old is far more than just a promising young talent with a penchant for defensive measures. He is also a rather successful unibrow wearer.

As proven by rapper and actor Ludacris, he is pretty much the most famous unibrow wearer in the world.

Thanks to Luda's Instagram (h/t Yahoo Sports), we have these wonderful pictures that prove a great last-minute Halloween costume is just an Anthony Davis jersey away.

Many tout the importance of having a Sharpie around to complete the ensemble, but you can plainly see Luda does things proper with authentic-looking unibrow hair.

Davis has given up on man-scaping that portion of his face, and the world seems to have given up on telling him to do so.

The Unibrow will continue on in some fashion for the foreseeable future. It will either be the mark of a dominant big man or a blemish on an overrated talent.

Only time will tell us that.

Davis was genius enough to make sure his unique look was all his own going forward, as he trademarked phrases surrounding the facial hair this past June, via ABC News

Don't ever shave that thing, Davis. It makes you all the more marketable, a unique figure in sports and one recognizable dude.

It also helps for last-minute Halloween costumes.
