Can anyone else say that they are a bit speechless about this game. Such an overturn of luck came into the hands of the NYR in the last few minutes of the third period. Drury is a master of disaster, always has been even back when he was on Buffalo, ripping the Rangers apart.

As I wrote about before, my complaint about the Rangers defense, there was a clear example of what I was talking about in the first period when the Devils scored their only goal. I don't know how anyone else feels about Betts but he had left Zubrus clear in front of the net for that goal. Wake up Betts, he was the only man standing there in red. Get your stick down on the ice and watch the man. Maybe he would have scored anyway but at least show us you can play your position. One too many times has this happened throughout the season. To further extend the complaints, Mr. Jaromir Jagr, why are you always skating like your not even trying. I watch you no TV and your almost never to be found.. the play is up in the defensive zone and you are still lagging behind in the offense. Your a big man with lots of skills and I can't even say I've seen any of those colors show.

And to back it up earlier in the first with Avery vs. Clarkson...talk about a reach disadvantage. Avery should have pulled him back on his ass with his other hand. Now let's see Clarkson go up to Orr, I think he knows better with Orr being 6'3" and 222lbs. If only Callahan would have gone after Gionta, I would have liked to see that.

Dawes is showing his talent more and more every game and I'm loving it. He's an outstanding player and he really pulls through in almost every shootout lineup I have seen him in. I applaud you for saving our asses once again Dawes and baiing us out of this one.
