Week 9 is in the books, and as the calendar now readies to flip to November, we now have a clearer picture of how the chase for the top two spots in the final BCS standings will play out.

Kansas State, Notre Dame and Oregon all had big wins this week, but one team got left out in the cold.

Who are the winners and losers of this week’s BCS standings? SEC lead writer Barrett Sallee breaks it down in this edition of "The Program."
