WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Chad Morris’ Clemson offense has established itself as one of America’s best. And even though the Tigers had their down moments, Thursday’s 42-13 win over Wake Forest was one of their better nights. Clemson bolted to a 35-0 lead, and while Morris wasn’t pleased with a scoreless third quarter, junior quarterback Tajh Boyd set a Clemson single-game passing record and sophomore wideout Sammy Watkins set the Clemson single-game receiving yards record. Morris discussed the good and bad of the night with reporters afterward.
