The Tigers were, apparently, faster in real life that they looked on film.

"I just don't think we respected their footspeed enough in the first half," said Wake Forest coach Jim Grobe after Clemson bolted to a 35-0 lead and beat the Deacons 42-13 Thursday night at BB&T Field in Winston-Salem.

"They got behind us a couple of time, but I thought that we had pretty good coverage and then it was just a foot race. I thought that Tajh Boyd did a good job dropping the ball on those guys.
