Green Bay - The Packers' motto of "next man up" is a proactive approach to tackling their injury problem but let's just address one thing right now.

There is no replacing Charles Woodson.

Fifteen years, 206 regular-season games, two Super Bowls, one Heisman pose and that look just for rookies can't be dumped on another Green Bay defender and dressed up as leadership.

So with the news that Woodson is out for six weeks or so with the broken collarbone he suffered last Sunday in the victory against St. Louis, the challenge is on him to continue to lead the team off the field while others try to assume more active leadership roles on it.
