DUII Charge Against Ducks D-Lineman Dropped

Indefinitely suspended for driving under the influence of intoxicants nearly two weeks ago, Oregon defensive lineman Isaac Remington has had his charge dropped by prosecutors, according to the Eugene Register-Guard. “Evidence of whether or not his mental or physical faculties were adversely affected to a noticeable or perceptible degree cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt,” Prosecutor Dan Barkovic said.
