Who to Keep and Who to Let Go in NFL Fantasy Football

Dennis Green, the former Vikings and Cardinals head coach, once famously said, "They are who we thought they were." When it comes to fantasy, some players may not be who we thought they were.

Take, for example, Cam Newton. A low first-round pick in this year's draft, it was almost guaranteed he'd be good for at least a running and passing touchdown every single week. As a Newton owner, you are saying, "Not so much."

We're at the halfway point of the NFL season, and some new fantasy studs are starting to emerge. Can you say LaRod Stephens-Howling? The Cardinals' running back came out of nowhere to run for 104 yards and a touchdown. Not to mention he also had four receptions for 45 yards. Is the guy with the best name since BenJarvus Green-Ellis worth keeping?

Check out our video above as Texans running back (and NFL leader in touchdowns) Arian Foster gives his take on what emerging stars you should keep and what vets to give up on. Jay Clemons, our fantasy expert, has some advice of his own. As a bonus, we have a surprise "Gangnam Style" dance.
