Carolina Panthers vs. Chicago Bears: Preview and Predictions

It's not good in Carolina, not by a long shot.

How a team that looked like it was on the cusp of a very competitive season can be reduced to whatever the Panthers have become is a wonder to behold.

Now they get to travel to Chicago and play a red-hot Bears team with a devastating defense?

How can an offense sputtering as hard as the Panthers overcome this?

If they are, it will come from Cam Newton and offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski finally getting on the same page. Who's to blame for the disconnect, though, and how do they fix it?

Even if they did suddenly start communicating two months into the season, how do they overcome the Bears?

Aaron Nagler and I wonder if there is a way to slow down the Bears offense, which hasn't exactly been quick out of the blocks in any game this year? Or will they have to rely on Newton and Chud finally getting together and finding a way to be successful.

We know that there are a few ways to make the Bears offense successful and one of them is to run Matt Forte. Josh Zerkle will tell you what he expects from his Hardest Working Player.

It likely involves showing Carolina how running backs get used. Panthers might want to look into that.
