Ole Miss vs. Arkansas: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Radio, Game Time and More
The Arkansas Razorbacks (3-4, 2-2 SEC) are hosting the Ole Miss Rebels (4-3, 1-2) in a Week 9 matchup of second-tier SEC West squads.
Both are fighting for a postseason appearance, one that could certainly hinge on securing a victory this Saturday. The Hogs have the edge in conference play, although the Rebels have a leg up on bowl eligibility with their 4-3 record.
Expect this to be a hard-fought battle between two longtime rivals that want to finish this season on a good note. An interesting point to mention is that this one will be played back in Little Rock for the first time in two decades.

BCS/Top 25 Implications
Neither team is anywhere near the Top 25 in the AP or USA Today coaches’ poll, and certainly nowhere to be found in the BCS rankings.
These teams are playing purely for pride in the SEC, as conference foes such as Alabama, Florida, LSU, Mississippi State and Georgia are too far out front in the race for the championship game.
A strong finish from either side could get some recognition in the polls, but it all has to start with a win on Saturday.
Arkansas Player to Watch: Tyler Wilson
The Razorbacks signal-caller went hog-wild against the Kentucky Wildcats, completing 23-of-31 passes for 372 yards and five touchdowns. He’s now 124-of-205 on the season, with 1,957 yards and 14 TDs, with just five interceptions and four sacks taken.
Wilson has led Arkansas to two straight wins in the SEC and can pick up a crucial third with another elite performance on Saturday.
While Ole Miss’ secondary should make things tougher, we are talking about an elite QB that has all the tools to pull out a victory.
Ole Miss Player to Watch: Jeff Scott
The Rebels junior RB has put together back-to-back 100-plus yard performances against SEC defenses.
Against Texas A&M in Week 7, Scott ran 21 times for 108 yards and a score. Auburn allowed him to rush for 137 yards on 21 carries this past week.
He’s going to need to put up similar stats to give his team a chance in Week 9.
Prediction: Arkansas 31 – Ole Miss 24
We are giving the Hogs the edge here, as they have been improving rapidly after their pitiful 1-4 start.
Which team will win?
It seems that are in the midst of turning their season around and it wouldn’t be at all surprising to see them make a bowl game, as long as they can get a victory over either South Carolina (Nov. 10), Mississippi State (Nov. 17) or LSU (Nov. 23) to close their 2012 campaign out.
The Rebels are going to put up a fight, but Arkansas is the better team and is finally playing up to its ability.
