Updated BCS Bowl Projections

Not much has changed near the top, although the rest of the BCS bowls saw some shifts following Week 8. Out goes West Virginia, and in comes another Big 12 team with a massive showdown set for Week 9.

The more we see, the more we learn, and we learned quite a bit about the BCS picture thanks to some big performances under the bright lights. There’s a long way go, but we’re beginning to figure out who’s legit and who’s likely to fold up in the next few weeks.

We’re also setting the table for a handful of marquee showdowns heading into the next few weeks. This will likely be a theme going forward.

You better get used to it, and I have no doubt that you will.
