San Francisco Giants vs. St. Louis Cardinals Game 4: Live Score, NLCS Analysis
The San Francisco Giants and St. Louis Cardinals battled in Game 4 of the National League Championship Series.
FINAL: Cardinals 8, Giants 3
The game was close early, but the Cardinals scored two runs each in the fifth, sixth and seventh innings to take a commanding 3-1 lead in the series.
Adam Wainwright picked up the win on the hill, going seven innings, giving up one run, four hits and five strikeouts.
Jon Jay, Matt Holliday and Yadier Molina each had two hits and two RBI for the Cardinals.
In Game 5, Lance Lynn takes the hill against Barry Zito with the Cardinals having a chance to close out the series.
