No. 4 Wisconsin (19-11, 10-8) against No. 5 Ohio State (20-9, 10-8)

Line: Wisconsin -4

Wisconsin concluded their regular season with an 85-61 thrashing of last place Indiana. The Badgers made 7-of-14 three-pointers and were led by Joe Krabbenhoft with 19 points and nine boards.

Outside of an early season matchup against SIU-Edwardsville, this was the biggest offensive outburst of the season for the Badgers. The Badgers finished in a three-way tie with Ohio State and Penn State for fourth place in the Big Ten Conference.

Ohio State held off Northwestern, 52-47, to conclude their regular season schedule. Craig Moore finished with a game-high 18 points, and chucked up an amazing 15 shots from behind the arc, making six of them. Moore completed a rare four-point play late in the game to propel the Buckeyes to the win. The win was the second in a row for Ohio State and third out of their last four games.

These two teams met just once in the regular season, with the Badgers pulling out a five-point win in the Kohl Center in Madison. As their records suggest, these teams are very even and a low scoring game makes them even more so.

Ohio State is going to have to be better on the boards than they were in the first meeting, and lower the turnovers.  If they can do one of the two they will be right in the game. If they can do both, Ohio State should win this outright.

Dave’s Pick: Ohio State +4
