The Miami Heat need to find a point guard that has experience. Sure, they have two good young point guards. However, they have no experience, and they are more shooters than passers.

The Heat need a point guard that is good at setting plays and controlling the flow of the game. Mario Chalmers is their starting point guard, but I don't see him set plays or control the flow of the game. At times, he does, but he is more of a scorer.

From a passing standpoint, Dwyane Wade has been the point guard. He leads his team in assists with eight per game.

Wade also leads the team in points, with 30 per game. He also leads in the steals category. If the Heat had a point guard to take care of the passing game, I think Wade would score many more points, and the rest of the team would score more as well.

All of that translates into more wins for the Heat.
