Cristiano Ronaldo...The Difference

Looking ahead to tonight's clash with Italian giants Inter Milan, the difference between the two teams can simply be Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese winger could either defy the Inter defence with speed and intimidation, or will Jose Mourinho manage to take him out of the game?

Ronaldo was a major presence in the first leg, with numerous chances at goal from set pieces and open play, but the World Player of the Year couldn't take advantage.

He needs to produce a special performance, similar to that of Torres against Real, only better. His nifty footwork, countless step overs and rampaging runs down the flanks will surely test even the best of defences.

Cristiano is lucky to have a team full of talented and skillful players, who understand his game and are able to link up with him, especially on counter attacks.

Rooney, Berbatov and company will also be vital in breaching Jose's men, while Vidic and Ferdinand will try to keep any attacks out of the United box.

Whether you are a fan of either side or a neutral, your eyes will be glued to the television in anticipation of an enthralling game between two great teams.

Can the United machine roll on towards European glory or will the "Special One" snatch another dream from Sir Alex? We will have to wait and see.
