JBL: Our Flabby Intercontinental Champion

Everyone should be thanking JBL and should be very happy that he's the Intercontinental Champion, because this means that the historic title will be defended at WrestleMania 25.

The last time the Intercontinental Championship was defended at a WrestleMania, it was at WrestleMania 18, when Rob Van Dam defeated William Regal to win the IC Title.

Now, we just have to wait to find out who JBL's opponent is going to be. I was thinking maybe Mike Knox, but that wouldn't be a very good match. I mean, let's be honest, JBL is no Lou Thesz. It could be a good match if it was a street fight, although Knox would probably win.

But, in the end, I think everyone knows who his opponent is going to be: Rey Mysterio. Ideally, Rey should win the title from JBL before WrestleMania, then defend the title against Evan Bourne at WrestleMania 25.

Either way, that title needs to be defended.
