What a difference a day makes. On Wednesday, Jacobs told Mike Garafolo of USA Today that he wasn't happy with the 49ers because he was inactive even though his knee injury was healed. He had a different story Thursday. Jacobs told reporters he and head coach Jim Harbaugh "ironed out" the situation and are now on the same page, via Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee. On Wednesday Jacobs said his knee felt "phenomenal" and it would "disappoint" him if he didn't play against his former team Sunday. Thursday he said it wouldn’t be smart to play Sunday and he has "a rare opportunity" to get "100 percent healthy." Jim Harbaugh has that type of power.
