Sometimes sharing goes a bit beyond caring.

Hulk Hogan recently addressed the sex tape that has been circulating around the Internet on the Howard Stern Show, and his revelations into the matter paint a picture of an odd friendship, a failing marriage and yes, a human who is comfortable being referred to as Bubba the Love Sponge.

Welcome to the bottom of the barrel, folks. TMZ has all of the information and ellipses you need:

Hulk Hogan just appeared on the Howard Stern show ... and admitted the woman in his sex tape is the estranged wife of his best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge ... who gave Hulk his blessing to nail her.

Hulk spilled his guts to Stern ... saying Bubba -- a nationally syndicated radio DJ -- allowed Hogan to have sex with Heather Clem six years ago.

During the interview, Hogan says he was still married to Linda at the time of the sex tape ... but says she drove him to have sex outside the marriage because she was so verbally and emotionally abusive to him.

For the full audio, be sure to check out the TMZ article.

If you came here seeking the moral high ground in regard to Hogan cheating on his wife, a bevy of sexual innuendos, an opinion over whether or not Hogan and Clem should sell the rights to the tape or an in-depth look at who might have been motivated to release the tape, you're going to be disappointed.

I find all of the above terribly uninteresting.

Instead, I'll say this: If the tape was released by anyone other than Hogan or Clem, it was a terrible invasion of privacy and I hope the two sue that individual for every last penny and asset he or she owns. Hell, if either Hogan or Clem released the tape without the other's consent, I feel the same way.

Honestly, what is wrong with people? How little decency do you need to possess to release a tape of two people engaging in sexual acts without their consent?

That's all I've got, folks. To summarize: Bubba the Love Sponge gave Hulk Hogan consent to sleep with his then-wife Heather Clem, and Hogan was game because his marriage with Linda was crumbling and dysfunctional.

God bless America.
