Green Bay - The Green Bay Packers may have no intention of putting defensive end Mike Neal on the field Sunday following his return from a four-game suspension. But Neal seems determined to make them play him. Neal, suspended for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, came back in outstanding physical condition, according to coach Mike McCarthy, and was able to take part fully in practice. The Packers have a weeklong roster exemption for Neal if they want it, so they have time to decide when to activate him.
