The Texas Rangers suffered yet another kind of disappointment Friday night as they watched their postseason journey come to a screeching halt. 

The Baltimore Orioles toughed out this season's AL Wild Card matchup and pulled off a 5-1 victory. The O's will now return home to host the New York Yankees and try to advance to the AL Championship Series.
