PHOENIX — Jhoulys Chacin was the Rockies’ worst starting pitcher in April, his inability to gobble innings undercutting the rotation. He was bad. But it turns out he was also hurt. When he was eventually diagnosed with an irritated nerve in his right pectoral muscle, Chacin began the load road back.
