With the 2012 MLB season reaching its end, it's time to think about who will win the individual awards in the American and National Leagues. 

A few of the winners have likely already been decided, but tight races remain for the MVP and Cy Young Award in both leagues. The competition for NL Rookie of the Year could be closely contested as well. 

Bleacher Report's MLB lead writer Ian Casselberry and pop culture lead writer Gabe Zaldivar go over the major individual awards in each league and pick who will win the big honors.
