COLUMBIA -- David Yost knows his offense remains far from perfect, but there’s no doubt Missouri’s offensive coordinator saw plenty of positives in its 21-16 win over Central Florida on Saturday. “There were times you actually saw glimpses of what we’re capable of doing,” Yost said. This can be attributed to the improved play of quarterback James Franklin, who completed 19 of 30 passes for 257 yards and a touchdown against UCF — numbers that were much better than his 11 for 18, 92-yard outing in MU’s 31-10 road loss to South Carolina on Sept. 22.
