Konerko to Undergo Hand Surgery After Season

Chicago White Sox first baseman Paul Konerko will have surgery to remove a floating bone fragment from his hand after this season. Konerko told ESPNChicago.com that he will opt for the surgery, which will remove the particle that floats between the hand and left wrist area.
