Team Hell No vs. Team Rhodes Scholars Should Happen at Hell in a Cell

Last Monday on RAW, we saw the birth of what could be a new tag team feud. This occurred when Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow attacked Kane and Daniel Bryan.

Rhodes and Sandow subsequently announced that they have formed a team called Team Rhodes Scholars.

I feel this is exactly what the tag team division needs.

Fans seem to enjoy the new team of Daniel Bryan and Kane. They have taken to the comedy segments as well as the chemistry between the two competitors.

The WWE has added in Dr. Shelby to the comedy segments on RAW and expanded the comic relief. As Michael Cole continuously points out during the broadcast, anything can happen with these two and that's what has the fans tuning in.

Kane and Daniel Bryan were already over individually. The WWE has almost succeeded in getting them over as a team. The final step to the process is providing the team with a viable feud.

Enter Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes. These two young superstars have established themselves as viable mid-carders in recent months. Sandow has been on the rise and is regarded by many as a future superstar.

Rhodes, who hasn't been as relevant in recent months, is looking to regain the importance he had when he was the Intercontinental Champion. That is why this pairing makes so much sense. Sandow and Rhodes are great in-ring workers and have a similar brash cockiness to their characters.

These two heels will feed off each other and establish themselves as the prominent heel tag team soon enough. The match needs to take place between these two teams to help all four superstars. It would be an entertaining match as far as the action in-ring is concerned.

Also, the WWE can utilize the next few weeks for buildup, showcasing the unpredictability of the champions and the heel tendencies of the Scholars. The argument could be made that there are younger, less proven teams that should challenge Team Hell No.

In my opinion, the WWE needs to keep these teams on the back burner for a few weeks. The Primetime Players, Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio, Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd, and R-Truth and Kofi Kingston are all good teams but they are not as over Sandow and Rhodes. The WWE needs to book this match and allow these four superstars to gain relevance back into the depleted tag team division.
