Loyola Marymount (3-27, 2-12) at San Diego (15-15, 6-8)

Game being played in the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas

Line: San Diego -14

Loyola Marymount lost to Saint Mary’s 57-70 on Saturday and ruined their third opportunity this season to win 2 games in a row. Loyola couldn’t find the range in the first half and put themselves in a 31-18 hole at halftime.

San Diegowas defeated by Gonzaga 47-58 on Saturday thanks in part to Matt Bouldin who had 15 points and seven boards for the Bulldogs. It was the 21st straight conference victory for Gonzaga. The Tereros  finished in fifth place of the West Coast Conference, 1 game behind Santa Clara.

ATS-

Loyola Marymount is 13-13 against the spread including 7-7 on the road

San Diego is 12-14-1 against the spread including 8-6 on the road

First off, we know Loyola Marymount is bad and half of their road games are blowouts above the 14 they are getting here. This agrees with their 7-7 road record against the spread.

However, San Diego has covered this number only once at home during conference play this season.  This should be a low scoring affair which adds value to the points.

Dave’s Pick: Loyola Marymount +14
