The Top 13 Wrestling Stars on the Rise

Okay a while ago I started a article called the Future Foundation of Pro Wrestling well that ended up in the toilet due to low response.

So instead of doing a new tournament I am just going to pick the top ten stars that are mid-level right now or lower but will one day rise to the top.

With these superstars starting to glow with greatness there is no doubt that they will one day shine.

All of these wrestlers have the tools to be great and with time they will be the top guys of the wrestling world.

1. CM Punk

Coming at No. 1 is CM Punk. He has already held the WH title and more title reigns to come. He has all the talents to succeed great charisma, in-ring skills, mic skills and connect with the crowd.

The only thing stopping CM Punk is being on Raw, for some reason I can just see him being more successful on Smackdown.

Crystal Ball Prediction

Will be moved to Smackdown and feud with Shelton in awesome matches.
Will be pushed for another title reign against Edge.

2. MVP

MVP has all the talents to be a VIP in the WWE. Has great in-ring ability, mic work, can make a great feud and can connect with the crowd. The only thing that can stop him is the creative team.

Crystal Ball Prediction

Will be drafted to Raw.
WIll be in great feuds.
Will win this year's MITB match.

3. Shelton Benjamin

Has all the talent to finally move up the rankings to be a top star. He has mic skills that he improved, is a great champion, and one of the best athletes in the business today.

What is stopping him is the creative team, as they don't know what to do with him.

Will continue to dominate with the US title.
WIll win next year's MITB and go on to win a championship.

4. John Morrison

Has great ring work, apperance, and awesome charisma. He has won the Tag Team titles on many different occasions and also the IC title.

He has great ring skills that make great matches. But one thing he needs to work on is his mic skills.

Will continue to dominate the Tag Team division and will one day win the MITB match and will win the title.

5. AJ Styles

Has held the X division title, Tag Team titles, and the NWA/TNA World title and there is a reason why because he is a great talent.

He has awesome moves that keep the crowd on their feet and makes great feuds and put great emotion in his matches.

Crystal Ball Prediction

Will be the one to stop MEM from reigning supreme as he will capture the belt from Kurt Angle or Sting.

6. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe is an awesome talent for TNA wrestling. He can connect with the crowd, has great emotion, and puts on a great match and has already had a decent TNA world title run.

One thing that will hold him back like his fellow TNA stars is TNA and also Joe's size. Say he does go to WWE will WWE accept his size.

Crystal Ball Prediction

He will have another title run after feuding with Nash.
When MEM storyline ends, he will turn heel.
He will probably move to WWE if he gets the chance.

7. The Miz

Is improving his ring work, has great mic skills and can make a great match. He has the appearance and can make great single match feuds.

One thing that can stop him is how the creative team will push him as a singles wrestler.

Will continue dominating the Tag division.
WIll eventually be pushed to a singles role.
WIll win the IC title or the US title.

8. Robert Roode

His appearance, gimmick, in-ring ability, good mic skills are all the tools Robert Roode has to succeed. He makes matches interesting and is one of the ones that can and will succeed in the WWE.

But he decided to sign with TNA. He will rise there and become a future star in the wrestling world. One thing that is holding him back is TNA, as they don't get as much of a draw for him to get noticed.

Crystal Ball Prediction

He will continue to reign supreme as 1/2 of Tag Team Champions.
They will eventually lose the belts and he will go on to main event status.
He will win the next Feast or Fired TNA heavyweight title brief case.
From there he will hold the brief case and finally will take his shot and win the title.

9. Matt Morgan

Matt Morgan has the size, draw power, has offers to do movies and TV shows, and has good in ring ability. He can make a great feud, plays a good heel and is a great size to succeed in the business.

One thing holding the big man back is the same as Robert Roode, TNA wrestling as they seem to be going down hill.

He will go on to another feud I can see him feud with AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, and Kurt Angle.

After a long build up he will claim the TNA World Title.

10. Ted DiBiase

Has the built to be a champion, I see him as the next Randy Orton. He has the charisma, wrestling skills and mic skills.

The only thing holding him back is himself, as he has to keep improving himself for greatness.

Crystal Ball Prediction

Will win the World Tag Team Titles.
WIll go into as a singles wrestler when LEGACY is over.
WIll win the IC title and will move on to one day main event WrestleMania.

11. Cody Rhodes

He has the experience, mic skills, attitude and in-ring ability. One thing that can stop him from being a top star is his body build.

Crystal Ball Prediction

Will win the Tag belts with Ted.
He will probably be drafted to Smackdown after LEGACY is over.
Will go on to challenge for the US belt.

12. The Brian Kendrick

With high flying moves, charisma, and decent mic skiils why cant he be a top star? TBK has all the potential of being a top star he makes matches great and exciting and also can make good feuds.

The only thing that can stop him from success is his size, but look at Rey Mysterio ... and one more thing: his habit with weed.

Crystal Ball Prediction

He will be in the MITB and will put on a great match.
Will go on to win the US title and have a great title reign.
Will be pushed to a main event feud and if it gets a good reaction he will one day be a main event champ.

13. Tyson Kidd & Natalya

For the price of one you got the dynamic duo of the Kidd and Natalya. Both of these two have survived the Hart Dungeon which is a great thing to be proud of so you know these two are legit.

Tyson has great in ring ability, mic skills and knows how to make a match interesting and will make a great heel. Natyla has the same skills as her future hubby and will be a force in the women's division on Raw. Only thing stopping them is being on ECW.

Will be drafted to Raw.
Tyson will feud with CM punk and will win the IC title and Natyla will win the Womens belt.
