College Football Locks of the Week: Week 5 Edition

Week 4 was almost wonderful, but Clemson’s last-minute touchdown against Florida State put a halt on such momentum. Oh, the trials and tribulations of the point spread.

Moving forward, the Week 5 slate of games isn’t exactly the most thrilling we’ll see all year. In fact, you can argue that this might just be the worst lineup we’ll see in all of 2012. And while the games aren’t all winners, that doesn’t mean we can’t pick winners.

For the second consecutive week, we’re playing the letdown angle, and we’re doing do so out west. We’re also zeroing in on a game where we could see more points scored than any other game all year.
