Despite everything that's happened at Penn State, there is still a faction of fans that believe in preserving the legacy of late coach Joe Paterno. And they showed their loyalty on a billboard that popped up in State College this week. The billboard read: "You can't cover up 61 years of success with honor" with the words "cover up" highlighted.
