With another wild episode of TNA Impact Wrestling on tap for Thursday night, the excitement building to the Bound for Glory pay-per view has the anticipation through the roof.

TNA’s biggest PPV is a crucial time for the company, and the build to BFG must be at its best to get as many fans as possible to purchase the event.

There are still so many questions left unanswered before the actual PPV event arrives, so the fans are hoping Impact will shed some much needed light on the biggest storylines in the company.

Every show leading into Bound for Glory has to be perfect; no pressure, though!

Where: Universal Studios, Orlando, Fla.

When: Thursday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. ET

Open Fight Night

As much as I hate the randomly named segments TNA marches out there every once in awhile, this Open Fight Night couldn’t have happened at a better time. It’s almost like they planned it!

Question on Everybody's Mind: Will TNA build the BFG card on Open Fight Night?

The reason the timing of this segment is perfect is because the company must start filling out the lower and midcard matches leading into Bound for Glory. With the ability to challenge anyone, TNA fans should expect to see Samoa Joe and Magnus clash and many other secondary feuds come to fruition.

Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 random matches

As we saw throughout the BFG series, the random matches created some very memorable moments. Now the hope is that these random matches can lead to meaningful feuds at the company’s biggest PPV.

Roode vs. Storm

While this storyline isn’t fresh or exciting right now, it will be easy to rekindle the battle that started over a year ago between Bobby Roode and James Storm. Over the next three weeks, expect plenty of video highlights of Beer Money and their breakup.

Question on Everybody's Mind: Can TNA make fans care again?

If you didn’t care after Roode cost Storm the match at No Surrender, this match will likely never be in your wheelhouse. With so much backstory, though, TNA has a chance to captivate the audience with a build worthy of the company’s biggest event.

Hype Meter: 3 out of 5 too-late feuds

This story was relevant last year around this time, but now that the power of Austin Aries has hit TNA, everyone has forgotten about what should have been the BFG main event between Storm and Roode.

If TNA can somehow get fans to care, this match will be an amazing co-main event.

Suck Check Returns

There are many things TNA does that make fans cringe upon seeing them, but nothing has become more of joke than the Gut Check segment that shows up on our TVs from time to time.

Question on Everybody's Mind: Where’s Joey Ryan?

As much as this week’s Gut Check Contestant, Evan Markopoulos, could be a star, he will never get over because this segment kills careers. The only person we have remembered so far was Ryan and he was one of the only ones NOT contracted to TNA out of this segment.

Hype Meter: 1 out of 5 legalize sleaze t-shirts

The only reason this segment even gets a one is because of the possible interaction between Al Snow and Joey Ryan. While the relationship between Ryan and TNA has been kept quiet, this is likely a very smart move by the company bringing the star back.
