Manager Bruce Bochy’s plan to have a platoon in left field continue to be put on hold by injuries. Xavier Nady returned to the lineup Monday after missing 12 days with a left hamstring strain, but Gregor Blanco, the other member of the proposed platoon, is sidelined by left shoulder soreness.
